Mardi Gras Festive Guests are encouraged to wear elegant evening attire with a Mardi Gras flair. Think cocktail or semi-formal looks elevated with bold colors, metallics, feathers, beads, and statement accessories. Masquerade masks are welcome and encouraged. Masks will also be available for purchase at the door.

On February 21, 2026, the Sims-Fayola Foundation will host its 5th Annual Mardi Gras Gala from 6:00–10:00 PM at the Curtis Ballroom at Landmark. This milestone celebration brings together community leaders, partners, and supporters for a night rooted in joy, culture, and purpose.

The gala supports the Sims-Fayola Foundation Scholarship Fund, helping students access higher education and long-term opportunities. What makes this evening especially powerful is that every dollar raised for scholarships will be matched by the Colorado Opportunity Scholarship Initiative, doubling the impact of every gift.

This year’s experience will feature music curated by DJ Simone, authentic New Orleans–inspired cuisine, beads, festive décor, and a traditional second line to close out the night. Guests are encouraged to wear their best Mardi Gras–festive attire and masquerade masks. Masks will also be available for purchase at the door.
