On Saturday, April 11, we’re taking over the Halcyon Hotel in Cherry Creek from 6:30–9:30 PM for a prom-inspired night out just for grown-ups. Enjoy an exciting silent and live auction (bidding on the silent auction will go live at noon on Monday, April 6), indulge in delicious hors d’oeuvres and drinks, and soak up the glamorous prom vibes as we come together to support our school community. Whether you’re bidding, taking countless pictures at our photo booth, or just enjoying the atmosphere, this is one night you won’t want to miss!

Attire - While we're embracing the glamor and sparkle of a Prom theme, there's no need for black tie or formal wear — just come as you like and enjoy the evening. Whether you wear a corsage or not, dress up a little or a lot, or even keep it casual, your presence is what makes the night special!

The Bromwell PTA has committed to providing our students with an annual $242,00 grant.  This grant directly funds the people and programs that make Bromwell such an exceptional place to learn. Every dollar raised is gifted straight back to the school, helping support essential staffing and sustain the many beloved programs - like Art and Music - our students rely on every day. Dollars raised beyond the grant make Movie Night, Multi Cultural Night, Trout in the Classroom, Teacher Appreciation and many other PTA supports all possible.  

The Bromwell Spring Auction is our largest and most impactful fundraiser of the year, with a goal of raising $120,000 through the generosity of our vibrant, school-spirited community. This single evening plays a critical role in ensuring Bromwell can continue to thrive.

Throughout the year, the PTA also hosts additional fundraisers — including the Let’s Build Bromwell campaign, the new Masterpiece Makers: Corks & Canvas art auction in the fall, dine-outs at local restaurants, and our much-loved Fun Run — all working together to meet the total fundraising goal of $300,000 for the 2025-26 school year.
