Join us for one of our favorite Affinity Ranch traditions! The Mane Event is our annual horse show created especially for our riders—a weekend to celebrate their hard work, growing skills, confidence, and accomplishments in the arena.
Throughout the weekend, Affinity Ranch riders will have the opportunity to show family and friends what they’ve been working toward during their lessons. Each rider will participate on either Saturday or Sunday, giving them their own moment in the arena surrounded by an enthusiastic crowd of family, friends, volunteers, and the Affinity Ranch community.
Whether your rider is proudly showing off a new skill, completing a pattern, or simply experiencing the excitement of entering the show ring, The Mane Event is about celebrating progress at every level. There are no small accomplishments here—every rider has something worth cheering for!

A Weekend All About Our Riders
The Mane Event isn't about being the fastest, the most polished, or the most experienced rider. It's an opportunity for each participant to demonstrate what they have accomplished and to experience the pride of being recognized for their hard work.
Our team works to create a welcoming and supportive horse-show experience where riders of varying abilities can participate, succeed, and have their moment to shine. And, of course, there will be ribbons!
Participant Registration | $20
This registration is for current Affinity Ranch clients participating in The Mane Event. Your participant will be scheduled to participate on either Saturday, November 14, or Sunday, November 15.
Participants will have the opportunity to showcase their skills in the arena while being celebrated by family, friends, volunteers, and the Affinity Ranch community.
Friends & Family Admission | $10
Children under the age of 5 are admitted free of charge.
Every great rider needs a cheering section!
Parents, grandparents, siblings, extended family, and friends are invited to join us and cheer on their favorite rider. Your encouragement is a big part of what makes The Mane Event such a special experience for our participants.

The Mane Event takes place at Affinity Ranch in Parker, Colorado. Because participants are scheduled throughout the weekend, additional information—including your participant's assigned day and approximate show time—will be shared with participating families as the event approaches.
Please plan to arrive early enough for your rider to prepare before their scheduled time.

Every lesson represents more than time spent with a horse. Our riders work toward greater independence, communication, confidence, strength, horsemanship skills, and connection. The Mane Event gives them an opportunity to put those accomplishments on display—and gives the people who love them an opportunity to celebrate right alongside them.

The Mane Event is about more than showing off the skills our riders have worked so hard to develop—it’s also an opportunity for our participants to help make those programs possible for themselves and others!
Each Mane Event participant is invited to create a personal fundraising page and ask friends, family, neighbors, and community members to support their ride. Every dollar raised helps Affinity Ranch continue providing the horses, instructors, specialized programming, and supportive environment that make these experiences possible.
And there’s a little friendly competition involved!
The top three Mane Event participants who raise the most money will each receive an exclusive Affinity Ranch belt buckle—along with some well-earned bragging rights!
