Local Change Foundation is proud to present our first pickleball tournament, taking place on February 25, 2026 at the new Chicken N Pickle in Thornton, CO -- where the courts are indoors! The event will bring together community and business leaders for a fun evening of pickleball, delicious food, and a silent auction, all benefiting the work of Local Change. 

Not a pickleball fanatic? Join us as with a spectator ticket to enjoy dinner and watch the competition unfold while you network with other attendees and peruse sponsor booths!

Founded in 2010, Local Change is an independent 501(c)3 nonprofit organization providing scholarships to college- or trade school-bound high school seniors and community grants to nonprofits across Colorado’s Front Range supporting mental health and affordable housing initiatives. 

Details on tournament method: Round Robin Style Play: Every team competes against other teams once. This ensures everyone gets multiple games and fair seeding. Followed by Bracket Play: After round robin results, players are seeded into an elimination bracket to determine the overall winner.
