"IT'S THEIR CLIMB" ANNUAL FUNDRAISER
Wednesday, October 14, 2026
Corrida
5:30 PM: Cocktail Reception & Silent Auction
7:00 PM: Dinner, Live Auction, & Program
You're invited to "It’s Their Climb," Forward Steps’ largest fundraising event of the year and an evening celebrating our students and the community whose generosity makes our impact possible.
The evening brings together our most dedicated supporters, those inspired by our work, and students to raise the funding that will determine how many young people we can serve in the year ahead and how much we can expand our impact.
This fall, our Guardian Scholars applications reached a record high. Without additional funding, we'll need to waitlist deserving scholars instead of welcoming them into the program.
To fully fund this cohort and grow the number of students we serve past 50, we need to raise $216,000.
You can help Forward Steps meet our goal by purchasing tickets or a table, or by becoming an event sponsor.
THANK YOU TO OUR SPONSORS!

Our Work
Through Guardian Scholars and Realizing Aptitudes, we help vulnerable and underresourced young people build pathways through education and training into careers by combining their talents and potential with our expertise and an understanding of where those strengths can translate into real workforce opportunities.
Our programs work because we invest the resources, knowledge, and individualized support required to keep students enrolled, help them graduate, and prepare them for stable employment. That impact is possible because our community continues to invest in both the potential of young people and the comprehensive support they need to realize it.
