Ford's 2026 Spring Fundraiser & Silent Auction is a wonderful opportunity to gather with your Ford community and fundraise for our amazing school. There will be food, drinks, music, dancing, games, and a silent and live auction.

Is there parking there?

Yes, there is plenty of parking.

Do I have to be athletic or play basketball at the event?

NO! This event is for everyone. Get dressed up for a night out and hang out with your friends while you eat and drink. We will have rooms where people can shoot hoops or play games if they desire.

How much are tickets?

Tickets: Early bird pricing is available through 2/28 for $50. Beginning 3/1 ticket prices increase to $65.

Please consider purchasing a ticket for a staff member so they can attend the festivities at no cost to them.

Will there be food and drinks served there?

Yes. Included in your ticket price there will be appetizers as well as beverages and sweets. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.

What is the attire?

Elevated Athletic - What does this mean!?!? Pretty much anything goes - Wear a dress or dockers with your dunks. Go with jeans and sneakers. Feel free to wear your athleisure wear - whatever makes you comfortable. Please just no high heels or boots on the basketball courts. We will have food and lounge sets and tables on some of the courts.

What do we do at the Auction?

The night starts with Check-In and the option to buy in to a variety of games and activities offered during the evening including the wine pull. Throughout the night there is Silent Auction bidding on a variety of items along with the chance to shoot hoops and win prizes. Plus there will be plenty of time and space for mingling and socializing.

Starting at 7:45 pm there is a Live Auction including some amazing items.  Following the live auction there will be Music & Dancing. Checkout will open after the Live Auction program is complete.

How does Ford use the money raised at the Auction?

The event proceeds help pay for staffing not covered by the district, classroom experiences, school-wide enrichment, community and special events, and technology upgrades.

What if I can't come to the event?

We will have our silent auction available online as well. You will have all the same opportunities to bid on all the silent auction items from home. Live auction items will only to those attending the event. 

When can I see auction items?

We plan to open the silent auction website Monday, April 6, 2026.

Who can participate in the silent auction?

We encourage you to share our silent auction website to family and friends like grandparents, aunts and uncles and those close to your family. We appreciate any and all donations as well as bidding on our silent auction items. We will not be able to ship items to winning bidders if they live out of state. It will be the responsibility of the family to pick up on behalf of out of state family members if we are not able to mail items. We will have multiple pick up days available for winning bidders to pick up their items that are not taken home the night of the event.
