Featuring: Jerry Schemmel
Jerry Schemmel, former radio voice of the Denver Nuggets and Colorado Rockies, is a published author and survivor of the 1989 United Airlines Flight 232 crash.
An accomplished endurance cyclist, he has completed multiple cross-country rides and won the Race Across America two-person relay. With a law degree and a background in college baseball as both player and coach, Schemmel brings a wealth of experience and resilience to his story.
Now living in Denver with his family, Schemmel will share how his life mantra — “Just Keep Moving” — literally saved his life, and how it might do the same for his audience.
