Walrus and Wine Weekend - September 21 - 23, 2024

Walrus and Wine, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is about giving back while doing some of our favorite things – having a few great meals, drinking wine and playing golf!  The 2024 Walrus and Wine event in Napa, California, September 21-23, consists of Saturday lunch and wine tours, Saturday dinner, Sunday dinner and auction with entertainment featuring comedian Henry Cho at Raymond Vineyards,  and a pro am at Napa Valley Country Club featuring players from the PGA Tour, LPGA Tour and the PGA Senior Tour. Proceeds from the weekend will support two great causes near and dear to foundation co-founders Chuck Latham and PGA Tour Player and 1982 Masters Tournament Champion Craig Stadler.

Our vision is to improve the lives of young people thru the game of golf and to support organizations that enrich the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities.  The game of golf helps shape young people by establishing healthy exercise habits, building character, developing self- confidence, introducing young people to valuable mentors and establishing lifelong friends.

We are pleased to share two of this year's event benefactors are First Tee - North Coast (California programs) and the I GOT THIS Foundation (nationwide programs).
