Chicken: Roasted Chicken Coq au Vin, Chicken Thigh Ragout, Applewood-Smoked Bacon (GF, DF)

Salmon: Yuzu Beurre Blanc (GF)

Vegetarian: Stuffed Pepper with Smoked Tomato Coulis (GF, VG)

Side Dish

Roasted garlic and Red Bliss potato mash

All dinners will be served with a Mixed Green Salad (GF, DF) with option of ranch or vinaigrette dressing.
