From Napa Valley, where his team earned a Michelin Star at Solage Calistoga, to his tenure as Executive Chef at The Optimist in Germantown, TN, Zetts continues to create unbelievable meals now for private events. He was voted “Second Best Chef” in Nashville by The Nashville Scene and his wife and kids love to remind him he is second best!
