Please join us for our third annual Soiree, DFX: A Bright Future, on Thursday, August 28, at the Denver Museum of Nature & Science.

Throughout the evening, activities and speakers will highlight the powerful and transformative work that DFX is doing to help children discover their strengths, build meaningful connections, and engage fully in the world around them; to expand understanding of the strengths and skills that diverse learners can bring to the table; and to dismantle barriers so that those with developmental and mental health challenges can be accepted and supported in living to their fullest.

Guests will be invited to visit engagement stations at which our team will guide them through hands-on activities that illustrate the challenges some of our clients may experience in their daily lives and how DFX’s Therapy that Fits® addresses them. Attendees will be invited to support DFX by participating in a small silent auction, games, and a paddle raise, all the while enjoying a delicious buffet dinner and beverages.

We are proud to be honoring Dr. Randi J. Hagerman with the DFX HUG (Heart, Understanding, and Generosity) award for her outstanding contributions to the field of pediatric neurodevelopmental research. Dr. Hagerman is the director of the Medical Investigation of Neurodevelopmental Disorders (MIND) Institute at the University of Califonia-Davis, a researcher in autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders, and a distinguished professor of pediatrics, and is known across the globe for her groundbreaking work on Fragile X syndrome. Our 2024 HUG honoree, Dr. Nicole Tartaglia, will join us to present the 2025 award.

Individual Tickets are $100 and include dinner, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, 4 coupons to use for games. Sponsorships begin at $1,500 for a table of ten plus additional benefits, and range from the Initiate Sponsorship at $1,500 to the Innovate Sponsorship/Honorary Event Chair at $20,000.
