Children's Lifeline International 2025 Online Auction Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
- By participating in the Children's Lifeline International Online Auction, each bidder agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Children's Lifeline International reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
2. Eligibility
- All participants located within the continental United States are eligible to receive Auction Items.
3. Bidding Process
- Each Auction Item will have a starting bid amount and a minimum bid increment.
- Bidders must place bids on the auction platform.
- The highest bid at the auction's close will be the winning bid for an Auction Item, pending payment.
4. Shipping and Handling
- Auction Items won in the auction will be shipped only within the continental United States. Bidders residing outside of this region are not eligible to receive Auction Items unless special arrangements are made with the winning bidder.
- The winning bidder is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with their item(s), excluding Gift Certificates and Gift Cards which will be sent at no charge to the winner. Applicable shipping and handling fees will be calculated and charged to the credit card on file.
- Auction Items will be shipped within 7 business days after full payment is received, using a standard shipping provider. Expedited shipping options are not available.
- Children's Lifeline International is not responsible for any Auction Items lost, damaged, or delayed in transit. Tracking information will be provided when possible.
5. Item Condition; No Warranties
- All items are sold "as is." Children's Lifeline International makes no representations or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, about the Auction Items offered.
